Exchanges / Returns and Refunds Policy

Please contact us within the 7 days of you receiving your item for any exchanges. The products need to be exchanged in the exact same condition we sent it away in, also has to include the box, without any damages.

We do not accept exchanges on swimwear. Everything else we provide may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of you receiving the item as long as the conditions below are met.

Item(s) MUST be:

  • In the original packaging, no damage to the packaging and item to be unworn, with original tags, receipts and dust bag.

  • No marks on the products or packaging such as makeup stains, fake tan, pet hair, or any notices that the item has been used/worn.

  • No odours such as perfume, smoke or laundry detergent.

  • Trainers must come exactly how they were laced when you received them.

  • In the same condition you received it in.

If we think your item(s) do not meet the requirements stated above, the exchange will be refused, and you will not be able to exchange for another item.

If you want to exchange an item, you will need to send your product back to us within the 7 days of you receiving it, please let us know using our ‘Contact Us’ section.

Once we have received it and we are happy with the quality of the product, we will send out your desired product of the same price of your previous purchase.

We would recommend if you are exchanging a product with us, to use tracked 24h 1st class Signed for service. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. due to it being the most effective, and it is out of our hands if it gets lost.

The Glam Boutique does not offer refunds on any products because we know you’ll love it. 💕
