Shipping Policy 📦

All of our items are pre-ordered, meaning they take around 2 weeks for delivery. Please keep in mind, it is out of our control if products are delayed due to high demand, but this usually isn’t a regular occurrence. You will be sent proof of postage once your order has been shipped by us, and will also be provided with a tracking number for your parcel.

Our items are shipped by Royal Mail, if a product is delayed, it is completely out of our hands. Once we ship your order and provide you with tracking details, it is outside of our control due to them delivering your products.
